You can return any product within 30 days of purchase and you’ll get a full refund or exchange credit.
Contact us at email@example.com to let us know you’ll be returning product. Your email needs to include your name, the product you are returning, the purchase date and whether you would prefer a refund or an exchange credit.
When we receive the returned product we will issue your refund or credit.
We’re always trying to improve our products and our process. So, if you’re comfortable sharing the reason for the return in your email, it could help us do a better job serving you and our other customers. If you’d rather not share it, that’s ok too.
